Looking into what we have here OneDrive for Business, I think this is not new to us anymore. Because I have explained little things about it in our previous article that talks about “OneDrive” as a topic of its own. I am also hoping that we learned a lot from the previous article and today is will be talking on a different article that is similar to the previous one.
As you can see the topic above, is what we will be looking into today. So, let us proceed as I take you through the rest paragraphs.
OneDrive for Business
This is a device that has to do with online storage in other to keep your business files and documents safe. The benefit of OneDrive is that, whenever a file is saved on the platform, those files are totally safe and you can’t lose them only when you deleted them from the platform yourself.
Out that, be the owner of the account you are using and your smartphone or computer gets spoil or lost. It is very possible for you to access your files and documents on any new device by logging your OneDrive account on that new device you want to access your files on.
I think this device is the rightful cloud storage device that everyone who is into a business like a file keeping management needs in other to keep his or her files and documents safe and not to be temper with by anyone. By this time, I want us to look at something very important that we may not have known of in the cause of reviewing this article.
OneDrive for Business Limits
When I say One drive limit for business, what do I really mean or talking about? Only a few numbers of people here we have little understanding of what the limits are, but I will be reviewing some ideas about it out for you. As a user, you can increase or buy more space to your OneDrive business service that can be up to 5TB with the help of your office 365 administrator after your 5GB is 90% full.
So far that we have learned, we should also have in mind that these are not all about the one drive business. You will be able to know more or learn more about it once you start using it on your own. For those that have gone through my previous article on this same topic on “OneDrive“, I mentioned that it is a Microsoft cloud storing device and I even go ahead by talking about somethings about it. Since the beginning of the article, I have been talking Onedrive and that is developed by Microsoft. There is something that I like everyone here to know about and which is, having in mind that all that has to do with OneDrive account has to do with Microsoft account. This is to tell you, you need a Microsoft account to access the storage device and you can create one for yourself with the steps that I will be providing down here for you.
- You can create the app using the app or the Microsoft website by visiting Microsoft.
- Now click on “All Microsoft” and click “OneDrive” among the options you will find there.
- Then click “Sign-up for Free” on the page that comes after clicking “OneDrive”.
- Here, you will be taken to a new page where you have to sign-up for an account.
- Click the box and enter your email and click Next.
- Enter your password and also click Next again.
To complete the sign-up process, you are requested to provide all the information required of you on their respective boxes and by click, on the create button and you are done. But if you already have a Microsoft account and you want to access the OneDrive for business, you don’t need to create a new account. All that you suppose to do is to log in your account on it, that is all.
